The Brazil Cerrado is sourced from the Cerrado Region of Brazil. This region is situated in the southeastern part of Brazil, specifically in the state of Minas Gerais.
Consistent rains, high daytime temperatures, and dry winters make it ideal for coffee growing.
This region has rich, deep soil known to the natives as “Terra Roxa.” This is a naturally processed coffee. The beans are sun-dried on concrete patios for 2 to 3 weeks.
